Dev update/roadmap


First off, thanks so much to everyone for their support! We actually hit our first goal on Patreon/Subscribestar! Even if you are just following the project for now. It all makes a difference, most notably to our morale!

Secondly, it's been a real treat reading and responding to all the feedback for the demo. And for the most part all that feedback has been wildly positive even the most critical of it.

Lastly, you might be thinking: "What's next?". Well more game of course! N__u___t is hard at work on the Lily+Kazuma scene. Mrs. MegaloDEV is writing and I'm wearing a bunch of hats.

Our general and immediate roadmap at the moment is as follows:

  • QoL stuff
    -Make the splash screens skippable on second viewing
    -flesh out the quest log some more.
    -iron out some dialogue
    -smaller bugfixes
  • Flesh out the prologue a little more
    -Lily+kazuma scene (Includes CG)
    -small foreshadowing scene prior to taking control of Emma on the Camp Outskirts map (Includes CG)
    -towel sprite for Emma (and kazuma flash graphic)
  • Start implementing Act 1 Maps
    -
    all the major town areas (some of which will be brought into the prologue as well)
  • Implement Week 1 of Act 1
    -Day 1, specifically, will serve to introduce Emma to several major characters within the town. (We'll share more details later in the month)
