Accursed: Emma's Path 0.1.21c RC - Public Release

0.1.21c RC is now available to the public! With this public release is also a minor "c" hotfix. We'll have both the hotfix patch notes and full notes below!

In other news, we are in the process of finishing up the next snapshot. A new Scuba Diver+ poll will be going live in a few days and there is some cool WIP art on the discord!

    • not explicitly blocked or prevented. The game just informs queues a warning after you load the save.

Also! If for some reason the UI breaks for you go to the gallery map (right most door in Golden Barrel) and speak to the right most NPC. She'll reset your UI.

I noticed a bug in the Gallery. Most of the events have the "View <event>?" text box just pop up normally. The "Emma having trouble sleeping" event has the screen fade to black before the text box pops up. If you say yes to viewing it everything works fine, but if you say no, the black screen doesn't go away. You can still pull up the menu and see that fine, but everything else is black, though you can still move around and interact with stuff. You have to load a save from before the screen turned black to fix it.

I'll fix it for the next internal build but we are also in the process of switching over to a menu-based gallery.

Although, maybe we'll keep both around for a few patch cycles.

There's one other thing that I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but I'm leaning towards probably not. The first time you work at the item shop, when the three adventurers come in and ask Emma to show her tits, is it intended for "Not Interested" to be the only available response?

You'd be correct. We plan to add that in a future update. 

The general plan is to have all that stuff fleshed out by/in 0.2.

Will we be able to pick who Emma has her first time with or no? 

I wouldn't consider this a spoiler since it can be easily guessed based on the type of game we are making.
But yes, to an extent. 

Does corruption affect anything at all? I feel like I've unlocked everything, either way. I couldn't see the difference.

There isn't anything locked behind having a specific corruption level yet.
The corruption system and the cursed realm are both the major focus of the next patch actually.
